Payment and cancellation conditions
When booking on our site, you will be contacted to request payment for your stay, in the following ways:
- 30% deposit at the time of booking, to be paid by credit card to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% will be taken automatically 15 days before arrival, unless the reservation is canceled before this date.
- A municipal tourist tax is added to the agreed rental amount which for the municipality of Arzachena is 2 euros per person per night. The tourist tax is payable in cash.
To cancel a reservation, the advance corresponding to the 30% confirmation deposit on the reservation will be returned only in the event of cancellation at least 15 days in advance of the guest's arrival date.

Included in the price of your stay:

Check-in / Check-out:
It normally takes place between 3.00pm and 9.00pm for check-in and 8.00am - 10.30am for check-out.
Please communicate your arrival time by the day before arrival; the location to reach the Locanda Domus De Vida will be sent. Any exceptions must be agreed, we will try if possible to meet your needs.
Upon arrival, guests are asked to hand over identity documents for each person (including children), in order to make a report to the police, which is mandatory within 12 hours of arrival. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the penal code and authorizes us to request the abandonment of the structure immediately.
The check-out procedure includes a check on the status of the accommodation and the payments due (including the tourist tax), together with the innkeeper. At check-in you are given the keys to the accommodation to be able to freely enter and exit the facility without time.
Behaviors in general:
It is not permitted to allow other people to enter the farmhouse (unless authorized verbally), for reasons of public safety.
Please treat objects and equipment in your accommodation and external areas with care.
Ask us, if something is not clear.
It is forbidden to organize celebrations and parties.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the accommodation. In summer the risk of fires is high, so even smoking outside and barbecuing are only permitted with adequate precautionary measures, on the advice of the owners.
Please respect the outdoor spaces assigned to your accommodation, so that the privacy of all guests is preserved.
Guests must avoid any noise pollution that could disturb the peace of the place and other guests. We enforce the silence rule between 1pm and 3pm and after 9pm until 7am.
Parents are responsible for their children's behaviors.
Pets:
In principle, a small pet (generally dogs) is allowed, only after notice at the time of booking and after confirmation by the innkeeper. The internal rules of the structure are:
Each animal must bring its own resting cushion. It is forbidden to let animals use the beds, sofas or armchairs of the house.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times inside the facility.
Any contamination caused by pets must be eliminated immediately by the owner, even on the grass in the property's garden, placing it wrapped in its bag among the dry waste.

The staff
We are the point of reference for any problem that may arise during your stay, and to give you tourist information regarding the surroundings, local events and curiosities regarding the area; we are present on site because we live in one of the apartments.
